If we want to improve our performance we need to manage it, and in order to manage out performance we should measure it. So in the figure 3.1 we show the number of kill blocks and good blocks or soft blocks (the blocks that put us in the situation to organize counter attack) for three medalists of the Men WCH 2022 and also the Iran team that couldn’t qualify to first 8 teams, and figure 3.2 shows the number digs that led to transition attack.
By using these information, and watching videos of high level teams, we can compare our team performance with high level teams and find out what needs to improve, and after by watching videos and technical, tactical, physical and or mental corrections we can develop our team and players and improve our performance and level.
